For the 2023 Memphis Grizzlies regular season, I worked on creative at Red Deluxe built around the slogan BIG MEMPHIS. The visual direction drew inspiration from 1990s Memphis rap culture—pulling from the raw, Southern aesthetics of artists like Three 6 Mafia, Tommy Wright III, Project Pat, and DJ Spanish Fly. Gritty textures, dramatic lighting, and bold typography were used to create a modern take on a distinctly Memphis visual language, celebrating the city’s influence and attitude throughout the season.
